Every download of MagLab starts with a free 7-day trial of every feature, with no card needed. Use it to check that MagLab works with your printer, paper and cutter before you buy.

14-day money-back guarantee

If MagLab isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. This applies to Standard and Pro, monthly or yearly, and you don’t need to give a reason.

Renewals

• Yearly plans. If your subscription renews for another year and you meant to cancel, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we’ll refund it in full.
• Monthly plans. Monthly renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel at any time and you won’t be charged again.

Changing plan

When you move between Standard and Pro, or between monthly and yearly, you’re charged or credited the difference for the rest of the current period. That’s an adjustment to your bill rather than a refund.

If something’s wrong with MagLab

If MagLab is faulty or doesn’t do what we describe, you’re entitled under consumer law to have it put right, or to some or all of your money back if we can’t. That isn’t limited to the first 14 days. Please email us first: most problems can be fixed quickly.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future payments, and MagLab keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How refunds work

Email support@maglab.co.uk with the email address you bought with. Refunds are paid by Polar, our merchant of record, to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show them.

When we refund a payment, the subscription it was for ends and its licence key stops working. Your layouts and designs stay on your computer.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
